Coaching is an ongoing partnership between coach and client to help implement desired changes in your life.
Coaching builds a bridge between where you are now and where you want to be.
How does Coaching work?
Shoot me an e-mail and tell me a bit about yourself and why you are interested in coaching at this time. I will contact you and schedule an initial coaching call to determine if we are a good match. Peruse my fee packages and pick one that fits for you. Answer all the client intake questions prior to our first coaching session and from there we will work together to bring you closer to the life you want!
Coaching sessions are confidential, except required by law.
24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.
The client will pay for sessions in advance.
The client is aware that the coach relationship is not therapy or pyschological counseling.
The client enters into an agreement with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
